复试英语不重要?
 

口语和听力，在复试的总分中占的比重不算特别大，其重要程度却不容小觑。对于很多导师来说，他们希望学生具备良好的英语能力，甚至可以说，英语能力比起GPA更加重要。
 

研究生在毕业时，都要完成一篇毕业论文，通常都要阅读大量的英文文献，而且读研期间，阅读和汇报英文文献，对于很多专业来说都是必不可少的。
 

如果英语不好，阅读英文文献会比较困难，这样就没有办法了解本领域的前沿研究。所以，导师是比较看重英语能力的。

复试英语怎么考?
 

在复试中，不同的学校采用不同的方式来考察口语和听力。少部分学校是有专门的听力测试，大多采用的是英语四六级的听力素材。
 

一般来说，学校也不大可能为了复试去开发一套英语听力试题，毕竟成本太大了。
 

大部分学校的听力考察，是与口语放在一起进行的。你能否听懂考官提出的英语问题，能否与考官顺畅地用英语交流，就反映出了你的英语听力水平。
 

口语部分，大部分的学校是采用考官与考生一对一问答的形式进行。
 

有的学校预算比较充足，甚至会请雅思的考官来测试英语口语，有的学校会安排本校的外教老师来测试，或者请外院的老师来充当英语口语的考官。
