　　Dear Sir or Madam,

　　I am writing this email to express my dissatisfaction with services offered by your hotel.

　　我写这封电子邮件是为了表达我对你们酒店提供服务的不满。

　　At first, I need to point out that the sound-proofing effect was so terrible that I could not sleep well at night, which made it hard for me to stay focused the next day. Besides, one more important thing is that your hotel did not serve Chinese breakfast. As you may know, many elderly Chinese customers were not used to sandwich and coffee.

　　首先，我要指出酒店的隔音效果太差了，以至于我晚上睡不好，第二天很难集中精力。另外，一个更重要的问题是你们酒店没有供应中式早餐。如你所知，很多上了年纪的中国顾客不习惯三明治和咖啡。

　　Thus, I personally suggest that you should increase some sound-proofing facilities around each room. Also, you would be well-advised to serve more kinds of food for people from different countries.

　　因此，我个人建议你应该增加一些隔音设施。另外，我建议你给来自不同国家的人们供应多种食物。
